PURPOSE: This is the second study as part of a series of studies to examine the relationship between personality and decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: You will begin by providing some basic information about yourself. Following this, you will be presented with different sections of the research study. Each section will be accompanied by its own instructions at the start. Your role is to simply respond to the statements, ensuring that you select and type in (wherever applicable) the answer that you think is correct FOR YOU. There are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions and this test is in no way a test of your intelligence. Please be as truthful as possible. You will also be required to perform a task for which you will be given specific instructions. The task will take about 20 minutes to complete.

RISKS: There are NO anticipated risks with participating in this study. Some material may be highly emotion-provoking and you may choose to quit the study if you find it potentially stressful or harmful.

BENEFITS: On completion, you will be eligible to be entered into a prize draw for a Amazon voucher worth Rs. 750 (or an equivalent amount for non-Indian participants). Individuals completing the study through Ruia College's lab will be eligible for a McDonald's gift card, which will be given immediately after completion of the study.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Your participation will remain strictly confidential and your responses will not be associated with your identity. The results may be published in a research paper, and you may request to have a copy of the same once it is published.

PARTICIPATION AND WITHDRAWAL: Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without penalty. If at any time during the study you begin to feel uncomfortable, you may exit the study by closing your browser window.
